Senior Corporate Travel Consultant wanted for a major expanding Corporate Travel Company, based in Adelaide!!

This leading corporate travel company has over 30 years experience meeting corporate travel solutions and now due to further expansion we have a vacancy for a senior corporate tr avel consultant to join this award winning team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To work with all departments and your team to maintain the efficient and smooth running of the business travel department
- Handle all reservations considering your client's requirements and offering a choice of fares and travel options
- To ensure all special requests are met as per client profile's and service level agreements
- Dealing with all reservation changes, re-routings and ticket re-validations
- Ensure that all refunds are actioned within the agreed timescales
- To be responsible for ticketing, reservations and all other ancillary services
- To be fully competent with a CRS / GDS system making flight, hotel and car hire reservations

EXPERIENCE
- Travel industry experience along with good CRS skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Nett fares
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal effectively over the phone
- The ability to deal with a variety of client's in a busy and thriving working environment
